What is the process for completing the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Profile?
The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Profile includes a coaching session with a professionally certified EQ-i 2.0 coach. The profile is completed on-line with results delivered upon completion of the assessment. Sessions are customized to leverage leadership strengths and identify specific strategies to develop challenge areas.
