What is a 360° report ?
Self-Awareness For this program we work specifically with the 360° feedback report from Insights Discovery. Thanks to Insights we first look at the perception that you have of yourself. So the first phase is to extend your self awareness by taking the Base report of Insights Discovery.
Your image The next step is to invite 12 participants you have selected (direct colleagues, clients, suppliers, family members) to fill in a questionnaire about you.
Practically They answer to 25 questions in their native language. It takes about 20 minutes, and they are invited to share to share their perception of you, and also write a feedback about what they ADMIRE and what they believe you could IMPROVE in your work environement.
Your final destination Once we receive the results, we reveiw the results together and design a development plan.
